We have fibre-optic high speed connection with free WiFi throughout the apartment and on the top deck. The Wifi name and log in password can be found on the sign on the wall as you enter the front door.

Music when you want it. Our Sony Bluetooth speaker plays rich and powerful sound in the living room. Pair with your phone by pressing the Bluetooth logo on the top of the speaker until the blue light flashes.

There is a kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker and food blender/smoothie maker on the countertop or in the cupboard above the coffee machine in the kitchen.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the cupboards in the entrance passage. A drying rack is in the 2nd bedroom cupboard should you wish to air dry your clothes. We do not recommend running a wash with spin cycle higher than 600rpm. We have provided washing machine pods to get you started. They are in the cleaning cupboard above the washing machine together with an ironing board and iron.

The Weber gas B-B-Q is on the patio. Before use, please turn on the gas bottle on the right hand side and close it after use. B-B-Q utensils are provided together with a grill cleaning brush.

There is an outside shower on the top terrace to cool off on those hot summer days or to rinse off after relaxing in the Jacuzzi.

We have a selection of board games and books in our library for your use while staying at thePENTHOUSE. The board games are in the left cupboard below the TV.

Safety is a primary priority. Please do not dive or jump into the Jacuzzi. Please also ensure that all children are supervised on the top terrace.

The TV connects to Netflix and YouTube via Samsung's home page. The separate remote connects to a cable service with over 200 channels in multiple languages.

Enjoy the Lavazza coffee machine and milk frother. To get you started we have provided pods. You can purchase replacement pods from most supermarkets as well as Technomax in Tivat.

Our Bosch 12 place ultra-quiet dishwasher is available for your use. In the drawer above the dishwasher, we have provided a couple of dishwashing pods to get you started.

We have 2 hairdryers in the apartment. One is in the master bathroom bottom right hand drawer and the other is in the 2nd bedroom cupboard.

We have heated towel rails in both bathrooms. To adjust the heat, turn the thermostat lever at the bottom left of the towel rail. A red light will remain on when it is heating.

The Jacuzzi on the top terrace is designed as a cold water refreshing pool with bubbles and jets in the summer months. If you are visiting during a cold spell, please speak to the management team about adding heat. Three touch switches on the top of the Jacuzzi switch on/off the lights, bubbles and jets. The Jacuzzi is continuously filtered and sanitised with chlorine tablets.

There is a fire extinguisher located in the entrance hallway. A fire blanket can be found inside the cupboard below the sink just to the right of the hob and oven.
